3.  Sending Promotional Messages

In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph 2 of the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), the operator may send you promotional emails about sales and new products to the email address you provided when placing your order. Your email address will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. You can always unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails by clicking the link in the message. Your decision will be respected, and the unsubscribe process is automated and takes immediate effect.

 

4. Data Retention​

The operator stores your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and processed. If a specific law mandates data retention for a certain period, the operator processes the data according to that law. If you placed and completed an order, and received the goods, we retain the order data on our server for 2 years from the date of receipt. If you request the deletion of your data from our databases, we can delete it sooner, except for invoice data, which must be retained for 5 years in compliance with legal requirements. Data in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) will be deleted after 26 months.
